Whew! I went running yesterday and today with my sister and it’s been fun! We’re going to run as often as we can on the weekends (Fri-Sun) and the rest of the week is mine to do with what I want. I am hoping that on my days alone I can work on getting more distance and speed!
My nephew, who is 3 years old, is a running star! He can run 1.5 miles without stopping just cause he likes to run. So we brought him along today, but at the half mile marker he sprained his ankle when he fell out of his shoes and didn’t have as much fun as we hoped. I ran a little bit carrying him which was soo hard especially since I already have enough extra weight of my own haha. Hopefully next time his shoes will fit a little bit more!
I live in a small tourist town, so mostly everything in this town is for the tourists and not the residents. Well…on December1st a gym opened up!! They have aerobics classes, spinning, equipment! Definitely something I’m interested in! I would like a year long membership but I can’t afford it. My husband said if I sold my treadmill I could get a membership….but I love that I have a treadmill to use when I want. The only thing is that I don’t use it very often. I would definitely prefer if I had a gym buddy but I’m just unsure. I would LOVE to be able to take aerobics and spinning classes which is something exciting and fun that honestly a treadmill doesn’t give me. Le sigh. Suggestions?
